Van der Garde wins court case, to race in Australia

Driver Giedo van der Garde has won his court case against Sauber and the team now has to race him this weekend. van der Garde claimer he was already under contract to race for Sauber this year even though the team confirmed Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr as drivers. It is still unknown which one of these drivers will have to step down to make room for van der Garde.

Both drivers are under contract and preparing to race this weekend and will have the eat taken away at the last minute. Also, both drivers were bringing funding to the team that sponsors may no longer give because the contracted driver is not racing.
